Relaxation massage therapy is the modality that comes to mind when most people think about massage. As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Aches and Soreness
This therapy is similar to Relaxation massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

Massage membership is perfect for people who love massages and love to save money. You’ll enjoy a discounted massage every month at 10-15% off. You are guaranteed at least one great-rate massage a month as a Refresh member. And if you get busy and miss a month, your credits will roll over to the next. Extra massages are also booked at your special member rate.
CUPPING
Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure). Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite.
MEMBERSHIPS
The month-to-month Refresh Mobile Spa massage membership program gives you the flexibility to continue for as many months as you wish without any long terms commitments. For just $80 a month, you receive any 1 hour massage treatment and any additional massage for $70.  Each month you’ll receive the relaxing massage of your choice available under your name. When you choose our month-to-month membership for your massage, your monthly payment will be charged 30 days from your enrollment date, with charges billed on this same date each month.

Our Story
With massage experience of 5 years and 15+ years combined of customer service, we both graduated and met at Florida College of Natural Health.
We both have advance bodyworkers certifications and I have an Associates Degree in Natural Science with Concetration in Massage Therapy and Skin Care.
We strive to provide our clients with the ultimate experience in In Home Massage, giving you the spa like experience without leaving the comfort of your own home.
